What this document is
This is an agreement between you and the LeadMate service. By registering an account or installing the widget you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept the terms for it.
LeadMate is operated by FOP Chemshyrov Ihor (sole proprietor), registered in Ukraine.
What the service is
The service provides an embeddable widget (AI chat and lead capture), a dashboard for managing projects and leads, notifications and integrations. The feature set depends on the chosen plan and may evolve over time.
LeadMate is B2B software (SaaS): customers install the widget on their own websites to chat with their visitors and manage inbound enquiries. We do not sell leads or contact databases, do not provide advertising or telemarketing services, and do not send bulk messages.
Account
Using the service requires an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for the actions taken under it. One account can hold several projects and members with different permissions.
Plans and payment
The service offers several paid plans with different limits. Current prices and limits are listed on the website and in the dashboard.
A subscription renews automatically when auto-renewal is on; you can switch it off in the dashboard at any time. If payment fails, lead contents in the dashboard are hidden until a plan is paid.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription (switch off auto-renewal) in the dashboard at any time. Paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
Refunds — including the 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of a paid plan and refunds for unintended renewals — are handled under the Refund Policy published on the website.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for spam, fraud, distributing unlawful content, violating third-party rights or interfering with the operation of the service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of collecting visitor data on your websites: notifying visitors and having a legal basis for processing is the website owner’s obligation.
Your content
Widget texts, the knowledge base and other project materials remain yours. You grant us the right to process them to the extent needed to provide the service: showing the widget, AI assistant replies, notifications.
AI assistant replies
Replies are generated automatically from your settings and project knowledge and may contain inaccuracies. Review your settings and knowledge base content; you are responsible for the information about your product that the widget publishes.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the last 12 months.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, giving notice when possible. You may delete your account at any time; data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; we will announce material changes in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new version.
