Frequently asked questions
A quick look at how the widget works and what to know before you start.
No. You just add a single tag before the closing </body> tag — it takes a couple of minutes. The “How to install” page has step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and six more platforms.
Signing up is free, and the widget runs on a paid subscription: plans differ in monthly limits and features — current prices are in the “Pricing” section on the homepage. For larger teams there is Enterprise with custom terms.
The widget speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian, and every text a visitor sees can be edited for your audience in the project settings. The dashboard is available in English and Ukrainian.
Any site where you can add an HTML tag: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, via Google Tag Manager or manually in HTML — each platform has its own guide.
The bot answers from your project’s knowledge base: the company description, Q&A pairs and documents you upload in the dashboard. When the answer is not there, the bot says so honestly and offers the visitor to leave their contact details.
A new lead appears in your dashboard right away and is instantly sent to Telegram and email — you choose the recipients. For CRMs and automations there are webhooks and a REST API (Zapier, Make, n8n).
Yes. The “Chat” section shows every widget conversation: join as an operator at any moment — the visitor keeps chatting in the same window and the full history is preserved.
No. It is a single lightweight script that loads after your page content, and the widget renders in an isolated Shadow DOM — it does not change or conflict with your site’s styles.
Yes. The “Rules” section controls which pages show the widget and which hide it, so it appears exactly where it is useful.
Yes. Invite colleagues by email and set granular permissions for each: who sees leads, who replies in chat, who changes settings — separately for every project.
A visitor leaves their phone number in a couple of clicks, and the callback request instantly appears in the dashboard and notifications — your manager calls back while the interest is still hot.
Data is stored in your dashboard and available only to you and the users you grant access to the project. You can export your leads to CSV or Excel at any time.
