How to install the widget on Webflow

The code is added in the project settings and loads on every page of the site.

Replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with your project ID from the dashboard — you can find it on the "Install" tab.

Open project settings

In the Webflow Designer, go to "Project Settings → Custom Code".

Paste into Footer Code

Paste the copied widget code into the "Footer Code" field (it loads before </body>).

Save and publish

Click "Save Changes", then "Publish" so the changes go live.

Tip

Adding code in project settings is available on paid Webflow plans (Site plan).

Check that the widget works

Open your site in a new tab — the widget appears in the corner. Send a test message and confirm the lead reaches your dashboard.
