How to install the widget on Joomla

The code is added to the site template and works on every page.

Replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with your project ID from the dashboard — you can find it on the "Install" tab.

Open Templates

In the Joomla admin, go to "Extensions → Templates → Templates".

Choose your site template

Open your active site template and select index.php in the file list.

Paste the widget code

Add the copied code before the closing </body> tag, then click "Save".

Tip

Alternative without editing the template: create a "Custom HTML" module in a footer position, turn off the visual editor and paste the code.

Check that the widget works

Open your site in a new tab — the widget appears in the corner. Send a test message and confirm the lead reaches your dashboard.
