How to install the widget manually (HTML)

If your site runs on a custom engine or static HTML — just add a single tag.

Replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with your project ID from the dashboard — you can find it on the "Install" tab.

Open the page code

Open your HTML files or the shared template (for example, the footer) that loads on every page.

Paste the widget code

Add the copied code before the closing </body> tag.

Upload the changes

Save the files and upload them to your server. The widget appears on the site.

Tip

To show the widget on every page, paste the code into the shared template or footer rather than each page separately.

Check that the widget works

Open your site in a new tab — the widget appears in the corner. Send a test message and confirm the lead reaches your dashboard.
